Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol)

 Each 1 ml (28 drops ) of oral solution contains  (2800 IU)  cholecalciferol and each drop contains (100 IU) cholecalciferol .

Infant from birth to 12 months    (400 IU)

Above 1 year                                    (600 IU)

  • Helps in the development and maintenance of bone and teeth .
  • Helps to build strong bones and teeth .
  • Helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus .
  • Helps to support the immune function .
  • Adjunctive therapy in case of Rickets , Osteomalacia
  • Helps to prevent vitamin D defeciency


You should not use cholecalciferol if you have had an allergic reaction to vitamin D , or if you have:

  • high levels of vitamin D in your body (hypervitaminosis D).
  • high levels of calcium in your blood (hypercalcemia) .
  • kidney disease.
  • electrolyte imbalance.
  • Too much vitamin D could harm an unborn baby or a nursing baby.
  • Ask a doctor before using cholecalciferol if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
